Lisa Faulkner-Dunne has been making sure her clients are front and center in Dallas for over 20 years. After a stint in the Dallas Mayor's Office as assistant to Mayor Annette Strauss, Lisa was named director of public relations for the Volunteer Center of Dallas. She quickly raised the profile of the agency through several well- publicized fundraisers and a collaborative media campaign with NBC. During her tenure, she oversaw the only county-wide Volunteer Awards program, and expanded the Business Volunteer Council to help corporations create internal community relations programs. About Us
Lisa Faulkner-Dunne has been making sure her clients are front and center in Dallas for over 20 years. After a stint in the Dallas Mayor's Office as assistant to Mayor Annette Strauss, Lisa was named director of public relations for the Volunteer Center of Dallas. She quickly raised the profile of the agency through several well- publicized fundraisers and a collaborative media campaign with NBC. During her tenure, she oversaw the only county-wide Volunteer Awards program, and expanded the Business Volunteer Council to help corporations create internal community relations programs.In 1992 she created her own agency, and began helping 7-Eleven spread the word about their in-store makeovers, the 30th anniversary of Slurpee and hot dog topping options. The Slurpee 30th anniversary story received iconic coverage- including being featured in Newsweek! As a charter member and one of three directors of the PRConsultants Group, consisting of one public relations representative from each major market in the U.S., Lisa and her associates handle PR and community relations activities for Fortune 500 clients in Dallas, and throughout the country. Her agency excels in community involvement activities, media relations and event planning, and she has worked with distinguished nonprofit groups such as MADD, Boys & Girls Club, Make-A- Wish and Children's Miracle Network. She is currently vice president of communications for the Richardson Independent School District Excellence in Education Foundation, and a regular volunteer at Ronald McDonald house. Lisa is also a graduate of Leadership Dallas, and served as vice president of communications for Leadership Dallas Alumni Association. Awards include a Women in Communications Matrix Award, two Silver Anvils from PRSA, and a Lifetime PTA Membership award. Lisa holds a B.A. from The University of Kentucky and an M.P.A from Southern Methodist University. She lives in Dallas with her husband and their two sons.

Lisa Faulkner-Dunne, PresidentLisa Faulkner-Dunne has more than 20 years of experience in public relations, the past 15 heading her own firm. A stint in the Dallas Mayors office led to several years as Director of Public Relations for the Volunteer Center of Dallas County, before she decided to focus on her own clients. When not rescuing dogs from the side of the freeway or spreading her clients messages, Lisa keeps busy with volunteer activities. A Leadership Dallas graduate, Lisa is a board member of the Pearce Community Womens League, and Vice President, Public Relations for the Richardson Independent School District Foundation. She cooks once a month at Ronald McDonald House, and at least that often for her husband and two college age sons. A director of the PRConsultantsGroup, she earned a Matrix Award from Women in Communications, two Silver Anvils from PRSA. and a PTA Lifetime Membership Award.
